Suspensions - Craig Horabin and Darren Tyms (St Helens)

Following the Disciplinary Hearing on Wednesday 16th May, the following decisions have been ratified and upheld. An Appeal was incorrectly received within the 5 day period (cheque not received) and under the Disciplinary Rules, the decision of the Disciplinary Hearing Panel stands as detailed below.
Craig Horabin (captain)
a) for using foul and abusive language on leaving the field and with regard to his position as Captain - 1 week suspension from midnight Friday 25th May to midnight Friday 1st June 2007.
b) for failure to control the behaviour of his players having been asked to do so by the Umpire on two occasions - 2 weeks suspension from midnight Friday 1st June to midnight Friday 15th June 2007, ie a total of 3 weeks suspension.
Using insulting and
offensive behaviour on 2 occasions
during and after the match - 2 weeks
suspension from midnight Friday 25th May
to midnight Friday 8th June 2007.
The suspensions listed above apply to organisations affiliated to the Lancashire Cricket Board, neighbouring county boards and the England and Wales Cricket Board.
