New Brighton's Andrew Clarke headed the runs table in the ECB Premier League with 808.
Northern's Tom Sephton led the chase for wickets with 67 to take his L&DCC career tally to 656 since making his début in 2007. He has taken 563 wickets in 184 matches since making his first appearance for Northern in 2011.
Bootle's Neil Williams celebrated his first season as Bootle captain by lifting the John Tristram Trophy and heading the wicket keeping table with 36 victims (ct 35, st 1).
Colwyn Bay's Paul Jenkins goes into 2020 needing 19 wickets to reach the 1000 mark since his début for Northop Hall in 1998. He has taken 827 wickets for the Bay.
There were 13 centuries and 18 century partnerships with only one for the first wicket.
Formby hit the highest first innings total of the season with 259-4d at Cricket Path against Colwyn Bay who replied with 253-7.
There were 26 totals of less than 100, 16 in the first innings and 10 in the second. Since the creation of the existing divisional system in 1999, there have been 442 innings of less than 100, 202 in the first innings and 240 in the second.
Wigan finally gained promotion to the ECB Premier League after 16 years in the First Division.
The First Division run chase was won by Wigan's former New Zealand former test player, Aaron Redmond. He hit 741 runs and now stands on 10759 (average 63.66) in 229 matches since making his début for the club in 2006. His record includes 23 centuries, 84 fifties and 114 catches. To add to that, he has claimed 156 wickets (average 17.47).
Avinash Yadav took 58 wickets for Wigan at an astonishing average of 5.91, but Birkenhead Park's Ahmed Safi Abdullah led the bowlers chart with 70.
There were 12 centuries and 18 century partnerships.
Ainsdale's Scott Rimmer headed the wicket keepers' table with 22 (ct 16 st 6) victims.
Rob Houghton took his 1000th wicket for Sefton Park and stands on 1219 for his career at the end of the season.
Sefton Park were the only team to top 300, 302-4d against Fleetwood Hesketh, the second highest in the First Division. They join Wigan in promotion.
There were 49 totals of less than 100, 19 in the first innings and 30 in the second. Since the creation of the existing divisional system in 1999, there have been 638 innings of less than 100, 282 in the first innings and 356 in the second.
Caldy's Malinga Amarasinghe hit 936 runs with former Sefton Park star, Daniel Kelly, taking 63 wickets for Liverpool as they won promotion back to the First Division. They are joined by St Helens Town.
There were 24 centuries and 25 century partnerships.
St Helens Town hit the highest first innings total of the season with 280-4d at Maghull with Hightown St Mary's heading the second innings table with 275-6 in their win against Burscough at Sandy Lane.
There were 37 totals of less than 100, 14 in the first innings and 23 in the second. Since the creation of the Second Division in 2010, there have been 301 innings of less than 100, 145 in the first innings and 156 in the second.
