The offence was a serious case of equipment abuse involving actual damage to Ormskirk CC's visitors' changing room.  Because Alex Davies already has a current two week suspended ban from earlier in the season this has been actioned automatically.  A further two weeks to L&DCC matches and LCCC will apply their own sanctions.  The ban for the latest offence has been given hence the total of four weeks.

Lancashire County Cricket Club has been advised and because Alex is their reserve wicket keeper have asked that the four week ban only applies. L&DCC Disciplinary Chairman, Richard McCullagh, has acceded to this request.
