Parkfield Liscard concede again
Friday 29th May 2015

A fortnight ago, Parkfield Liscard conceded their match against Bootle at Wadham Road in the Ray Digman Knockout Trophy that was due to be played on Sunday May 17th.

The Wirral club's 2nd XI, which only fielded ten men in last Saturday's match against Burscough, has now conceded its Chester Cup tie against Bootle that was due to be played at Pemberton's Meadow on Sunday.

For the second time in a fortnight, eleven players have been denied a day's cricket.

This is the second Chester Cup match to be conceded in a month as Orrell Red Triangle gave Ormskirk a free passage into the next round.
