First Division - 500th appearance for Sion Morris

Sion Morris made his L&DCC 1st XI début as an 18 year old for Colwyn Bay against Neston at Penrhyn Avenue on 8th June 1996.

Today, just over 26 years later and the only survivor from that Colwyn Bay team, he made his 500th league appearance.

In his previous 499 matches for Colwyn Bay, Sion had totalled 13,545 runs but today he was dismissed for unlucky 13 when he was bowled by Fleetwood Hesketh's Fayaz Ughradar.
